Dr. Craig Jessop
Dr. Craig Jessop is Professor of Music and the founding Dean for the Caine College of the Arts at Utah State University. These appointments follow Dr. Jessop’s distinguished tenure as music director of the world famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Head of the Department of Music at Utah State. He is the founder and Music Director of the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra
Dr. Jessop will present background for the Verdi Requiem, one of Verdi's greatest works. He will conduct the Requiem and it will be presented on Wednesday evening, August 2, 2017 in the Eccles Theater.

Emily EzolaEmily Ezola moved to Logan from Bountiful, Utah in 2007 to study with Professors Gary Amano and Dennis Hirst. In 2011 she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Piano Performance. In 2011 she accepted the USU Youth Conservatory assistantship, and began her masters degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. After graduating in 2013 Emily accepted a position on the piano faculty, where she continues to serve.

Fry Street Quartet
This remarkable quartet - hailed as "a triumph of ensemble playing" by the New York Times - is a multi-faceted ensemble taking chamber music in new directions. Since securing the Grand Prize at the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, the quartet has reached audiences from Carnegie Hall to London, and Sarajevo to Jerusalem, with "profound understanding...depth of expression, and stunning technical astuteness"..Deseret News. Members include: Robert Waters, violin; Rebecca McFaul, violin; Bradley Ottesen, viola; and Ann Francis Bayless, cello.
