   Cache Valley Good Times Marching Band

 It all began when Alan decided that playing his tuba alone was no fun. So he started a band! The Cache Valley Good Times Marching Band has been entertaining Cache Valley since 2020 and having a great time doing it!   Facebook-Good Times Band



TUESDAY, MAY 31, 2022

Katrin Caine, German Soprano 

Katrin Caine was born in Annaberg-Buchholz. She studied singing and musical education at the University of Music Augsburg-Nürnberg.  She is a performer as well as an educator residing now on the island of Mauritius.  A multi- talented German soprano she will present a variety of favorite melodies both in English and German from international traditional songs to opera and operetta- something for everyone to discover. Her accompanist will be Karla Axtell.  Katrin Caine Voice Academy

Five years ago, Deserae Turner was shot in the back of the head by two teenage boys and left to die in a canal.  Come hear this unbelievable story of survival and triumph of this amazing girl who found out she was "tougher than a bullet!"

Sadie Mortensen & Friends

Sadie, a talented musician has been playing guitar, piano and singing for as long as she can remember.   She has developed a love of performing, and has played in the local band Mjölk and performed locally on her own. She is a recent graduate from Fast Forward high school. She loves creating and sharing her love of music with others.

Young Artists Cup Winners

Come enjoy the fabulous talent of the Young Artist Cup 2022 winners. The Young Artist Cup, a competition where high school students vie for cash and trophies in six categories, was started in 2000 by a committee of volunteers with a desire to encourage Mountain Crest students to develop and share their talents with the community. Since the addition of Ridgeline High School and with the support and encouragement of the administrations, students and parents at Mountain Crest and Ridgeline High Schools, the Young Artist Cup program now includes students from both schools as well as students in the south end of the valley not attending another high school. (The 2022 logo was created by 12th grade Ridgeline student, Emma Turpin, and was chosen from submissions to the Young Artist Cup Logo Competition held last fall.  Young Artist Cup

Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theater-UFOMT

Come get a preview of the 2022 season of the Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre.   This is their 30th season.  Upcoming shows include:  The Magic Flute; Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor DreamCoat; Carmen; She Loves Me;  Man of  La Mancha and The Tender Land. Each Monday star performers from the opera will  sing some of their favorite classics!  Always outstanding! Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theater UFOMT

                           Reflections                               
Reflections was formed in 1975 to give 6 local women an opportunity to sing.  Over the past 45 years more than 200 women, now chosen through audition, have been part of the group sharing the joy of music.  The 25 current members are from Cache and Box Elder Counties who love to perform different genres of music.  We consider ourselves entertainers who love to sing, and it shows!


 WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8, 2022

Olivia Malm & Irv Nelson
Olivia Malm and Irv Nelson share a love for classic songs through the decades. Olivia was born and raised in Cache Valley and recently graduated from Mountain Crest High School. She has been the lead singer of a local teen band, Adam’s Flower Garden, and she recently performed at the valley-wide “Bend, Don’t Break” concert put on by Logan City.  In addition to her signature vocals, Olivia also plays guitar, bass, and piano.  This program will feature Olivia’s gorgeous vocals with her music coach, Irv Nelson, on piano.  Irv is a composer, arranger, keyboardist, guitarist, bassist, and vocalist who performs with Relic Acoustic Band and The Fender Benders classic rock band.  He teaches private music lessons in Logan and is honored to have the opportunity to coach Olivia.  Join us for an hour of popular songs you’ll recognize and enjoy from the 1940s to today.Irv Nelson Music Academy

Femme Choral
Femme Chorale is delighted to be performing on the tabernacle summer concert series!  Femme Chorale is a group of ladies who love to sing!  Singers include Karen Teuscher, Brianna Krause, Kristen Wilkinson, Lou Collins, Pam Gee, Sarah Gee, and Julie Sanders, with Kellice Bradley on the piano.  Among us we have degrees and training  in Mechanical Engineering, Musical Education, Vocal Performance, Theatre Arts, Art,  Early Childhood Education, Piano Performance,  Instructional  Design, and Curriculum and Instruction. 
On our program we have a delightful mix of music, including sentimental and inspiring theatre favorites such as Feed the Birds, Climb Every Mountain, You'll Never Walk Alone, and  Everywhere that You Are. We are excited and grateful for the opportunity to share our music with our community.

Vaughn & Cecelia Benson Family

This program has been 50 years in the making! As part of their reunion, three generations of the musical family of Vaughn and Cecelia Benson will gather from around the western United States for this evening of entertainment.  Come join them for a delightful program that  might include Chopsticks to Chopin, and Bluegrass and Barbershop to Bach.  Stomp your feet to Orange Blossom Special, reminisce with a Neil Diamond classic, hear five year olds belt out Disney, enjoy tight harmonies,  amazing strings and other instruments, and a big, whole family, number.
