Ben Alder, Organist
Ben was born in St. George, the son of Scott and Betsy Alder. and grandson of Doug and Elaine Alder, formerly of Logan.  In October 2015 Ben was a guest of former Salt Lake Tabernacle organist Dr. Robert Cundick.  He has also performed at the Paris Tabernacle in Idaho, Brigham City, Utah and the St. George Tabernacle and he is back for another repeat performance in the Logan Tabernacle.  Talented young man!  Don't miss it!

Rockie Ricks and Friends
Rockie (pianist, organist, arranger, and composer) is one of the most magical and unforgettable performers in Cache Valley. In addition to piano and organ, this performance will feature local talent, family musicians, holiday commemorations, a gripping vocal ensemble and a fun string orchestra.  For 31 years Rockie served in the Navy as a Ph D  Electrical Engineer.  Recently he returned to Cache Valley to pursue  a Bachelor of Arts in Music emphasizing composition.  He does it all!

Karla Axtell, Organ and Piano
Karla Axtell, pianist and organist,  received her bachelor of music degree with piano emphasis from Utah State University and has accompanied numerous community events and soloists.  She is currently a rehearsal accompanist for the American Festival Chorus under the direction of Dr. Craig Jessop.  She  will be performing mainly on the organ featuring  American Folk Hymn Tunes and favorite patriotic works.  The Finale of the program will feature Jonathan Rose, organist, as a duet with Karla in John Phillip Sousa’s, “The Stars and Stripes Forever”!

Emily and Harold Heap
Both accomplished musicians with several degrees in music, father and daughter combo,  Harold and Emily Heap will share their wonderful talents with us with vocals from Emily to talented organ solos and accompaniments from Harold.  Both are repeat performers on the Tabernacle noon concerts.

USU Faculty Piano Trio

Come out and enjoy the epic Tchaikovsky piano trio in A minor performed by Dr Jessica Roderer, piano; Megan Richards, cello; and Will Shackleton, violin. "Outstanding, accomplished, gifted"- all describe this amazing trio. Not to be missed!

                         Lori Pulotu Sings Best of Pops
Singer/songwriter Lorisa Pulotu began her carrier in 2007 singing and preforming with her daughter, Elora (who is her pianist). She has released several albums and has preformed all over Utah and parts of Idaho. In 2012 she and her daughter preformed with youtube sensation Alex Boye at the Kent Concert Hall.

Emily Ezola's Piano Students with 
                                   Kevin Olson, USU faculty
Talented students from Utah State University will share beautiful piano music with us for the hour.  A gifted teacher Emily Ezola takes her students to a whole new level of refinement and expression.  From the classics to Broadway, the music will have something for everyone.  Emily and Kevin Olsen are both teachers at USU in the piano department.  It will be an excellent concert!

An award winning performer with master's degrees in both vocal performance and choral conducting Constance will provide an outstanding hour of entertainment.

                                           Relic Acoustic Band
Consisting of veteran musicians Irv Nelson, Scott Olsen, and Steve Roberts, Relic Acoustic Band is easy on the ears with excellent musicianship and songs that everyone loves from the golden era of acoustic rock music: Bob Dylan, Neil Young, The Beatles, James Taylor, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, John Denver, and many more. With three acoustic guitars and tight three-part harmonies, Relic paints a delightful musical landscape. The performance is also entertaining, with a personable stage style. Don’t miss this chance to hear one of the most enjoyable acts in the valley!

Anna Watkins Anawalt joins together with local musician family and friends (Paula Watkins, Tim Watkins, Amy Watkins Nelson, Jordan Snow, Paul Mueller) sharing a mix of her original songs representing the seasons and joy within relationships and life, plus a delightful combo of bluegrass and celtic music. Anna, talented mother of 6, will keep you entertained with a delightful, spontaneous evening!

Juniper Junction is an Americana band out of northern Utah playing a mix of bluegrass, classic country, folk, and rockabilly.  Always a popular performance on Tabernacle Series.

Craig Mecham
Guitar & Stories
Craig Mecham is a singer-songwriter recently arrived in Cache Valley. Over the past four decades he has played on stages from London to Washington State. He will share original music interspersed with generous doses of humor and tender emotions of love and loss making for an entertaining and delightful hour. He was recently named a finalist in the prestigious Red Lodge Songwriting Contest and will be performing there following his appearance at the Logan Tabernacle.

Logan Music Academy 
Logan Music Academy's program will include vocalists singing musical theater along with classical selections on strings and piano.  We will also feature selections from our Songbirds vocal performing group. The Songbirds range in age from 4-14 and will perform new and classic Disney songs.

Mark Gibbons
Country/Western Singer
Western music at its finest--that is Mark Gibbons.  You will find yourself singing right along and tapping your toe as he strums his guitar.  A delightful hour with a seasoned

Lots of students!  Lots of talent!  Energetic! Wanting to share music!   This is always a wonderful hour with upcoming performers trained by a talented teacher.  From "Moana, to Fur Elise, to YMCA to Beethovan's Cat " --there will be something for everyone to enjoy!
