14th Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service


The Cache Community Connections Civic and Interfaith Council welcomes everyone to come together to enjoy incredible musical performances on a night to celebrate "Gratitude and Generosity”. This wonderful event is free and open to the public.

Cache Valley’s 14th Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service will be held on Sunday, 20 November 2016 at the Logan Tabernacle beginning at 7pm.

Musicians include the First Presbyterian Chancel and Children’s Choir, Prince of Peace Lutheran Choir, organist Brandon Clayton, pianist Danielle Burgess and trumpeters Trevor Tuescher and Nathan Hult. Insights will be shared from various faiths such as the Logan Society of Friends (Quakers), the Baha'i Community, Logan Islamic Center, USU Interfaith Student Association, Cache Valley Sanghas (Buddhist), Cache Valley Unitarian Universalists, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and St. John’s Episcopal Church.

THE CONCERT AND LECTURE SERIES IS SPONSORED BY  CACHE COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS AN INTERFAITH AND CIVIC ORGANIZATION, AND IS ALSO SPONSORED IN PART BY THE RAPZ TAX.  THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS ALLOWS FREE USE OF THE HISTORIC LOGAN TABERNACLE, AS WELL AS PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
