Martin Luther King Celebration

Cache Community Connections, the valley's civic and interfaith group, invites everyone to attend the 4th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration at the Logan Tabernacle on Friday, January 10 at 7:00 p.m.  This year's celebration will connect the experiences and dreams of Utah's refugee communities to the legacy of Dr. King.  Nandeng Alieu, a Dinka refugee woman from South Sudan, local refugees living in Cache Valley, and Katie Jensen of the English Language Center of Cache Valley will be the speakers.  Music provided by the Martin Luther King Celebration Choir.  Free admission and all are welcome.

The Concert and Lecture Series is sponsored by  Cache Community Connections and is also sponsored in part by the RAPZ TAX.  The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints allows free use of the Historic Logan Tabernacle, as well as providing financial support.
